Our Model
Provisions & Pathway Alignment
Accommodation Framework
We operate under the Ofsted conditions for Shared Accommodation (Ring-fenced for looked-after children and care leavers). Our settings utilise high-specification, fully compliant houses where young people have private, lockable bedrooms alongside modern shared communal lounges, kitchens, and bathrooms to foster community while respecting personal space.
Our Cohort & Capacities
• Age Range: Young people aged 16 to 17 transitioning toward independence.• Setting Capacity: Small, high-quality, domestic-style settings tracking a maximum of 1 to 6 beds per home to ensure an environment of safety and focused attention.• Placement Matching Constraints: To maintain placement stability and peer safety, our service does not accommodate individuals presenting with acute, unmanaged substance dependencies or high-risk violent behaviours requiring active secure containment.
Staffing & Support Matrix
Our settings utilise custom-tailored, fluid support matrices that map directly onto placing authority directives:• Core staffing models include waking nights or sleep-in support provisions based on property risk assessments.• A dedicated key worker is allocated to every young person, delivering structured one-to-one hours focused on growth milestones.
Education, Employment & Training (EET)
We actively address placement sufficiency challenges by prioritizing consistent educational engagement:• Sustained partnerships with local colleges, training providers, and apprenticeship schemes.• Mandatory independent study spaces and CV-building programs embedded inside the household routine.
Preparation for Independence (Move-On)
Our care leavers follow a verified Independent Living Matrix:• Financial Literacy: Budgeting allowances, utility configuration, and banking management.• Domestic Independence: Cooking, meal planning, nutrition, and property maintenance.• Health & Wellbeing: GP registration, self-care routines, and mental resilience mapping.

Premises & Safety Controls
Our property acquisition strategy is centered around safe, exceptionally maintained homes. Every upcoming setting secures full statutory safety certification prior to any operational launch:• Comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) & Grade 1 Fire Alarm Systems.• Valid Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) & Gas Safety Certification.• Comprehensive Landlord & Property Insurance provisions alongside £10m Employers/Public Liability Cover.
